What parts are used in Panic at the disco’s Nine in the afternoon?

Our band is thinking of doing a cover of nine in the afternoon, and we’re going all out with the band instruments and orchestra instruments. One, what parts are in the song and two where can we find the sheet music or tabs for the parts?
