how did the boys from panic at the disco learn to play all the intruments that they play now?? like guitar, and piano specifically? did they take lessons or learn it on their own???

Im going to a panic @ the disco concert and im having trouble decideing what to wear! What do most of the people who go to the concert wear? I know not to wear a band shirt, anything else i should know?
